The mp3 file itself is on the proftop (professor laptop!) or can be downloaded here (scroll down to Jan 19, 2007 to find it).

Note: I download the Slate podcasts via iTunes (which is installed on the proftop and I've subscribed us to the Slate podcasts), and in that case the transcript (usually complete, but sometimes you need to add the last bits) is included in the file--click on the little information icon to view/copy.
